1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Minimum age: you must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. About Corelyx and Scope of Services

Corelyx Tattoo Studio provides tattooing, piercing, and custom art services in our studio. The Site is intended to provide general information about our studio, artists, services, and to allow you to submit a request for a consultation.

Any information on the Site is provided “as is” for informational purposes and may be updated, removed, or changed without notice. We do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free at all times.

3. Booking and Consultation Disclaimers

A request submitted through the Site does not create a confirmed appointment. Appointments are confirmed only after we agree on key details (such as design direction, size, placement, timing, and pricing range) and we provide a confirmed booking arrangement.

• Pricing and timing are estimates until the design brief is clear and an appointment is confirmed.
• Artwork, placement, and suitability may require adjustments based on technical considerations, skin behavior, healing factors, and aftercare constraints.
• Results vary and depend on factors that include placement, aftercare, and normal healing variation.

4. Hygiene, Safety, and Client Responsibilities

We aim to operate with disciplined hygiene practices and sterile setup procedures. However, you are responsible for providing accurate information during consultation and for following aftercare guidance. If you have questions about healing, you should contact us promptly.

You remain responsible for the final decisions you make regarding design and placement after you have had the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance. If you are uncertain about a design, placement, or long-term suitability, do not proceed until you are comfortable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or bypass security or authentication measures.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site in a manner that disrupts normal operations.
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonated contact details, or send spam requests.
• Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or content that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with the integrity, performance, or availability of the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, design, layout, images, logos, and code, are owned by Corelyx Tattoo Studio LLC or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corelyx Tattoo Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corelyx Tattoo Studio LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power or internet outages, cyberattacks, or third-party hosting failures.

12. International Use

The Site is operated from the United Kingdom. We make no representation that the Site is appropriate or legally available for use in every location. If you access the Site from outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in London, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence under applicable consumer law.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and provide a brief, written description of the dispute and your contact information. We will try to resolve disputes informally within thirty (30) days. If we cannot resolve the dispute, either party may pursue available legal remedies as described in these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, attempted to interfere with the Site’s operation, or engaged in unlawful or abusive behavior.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Contact.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and will be interpreted to best achieve the intent of the original provision to the extent permitted by law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Corelyx Tattoo Studio LLC regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements or communications on the same subject.

18. Assignment

We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor in interest in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
