A studio built around clean execution, careful planning, and hygienic discipline
Corelyx Tattoo Studio is based in Fitzrovia, London. We focus on precise tattooing, piercing, and custom art with a consultation-first workflow that keeps scope, placement, and aftercare clear from the start.
Clear briefs, sensible pacing, and a station setup that stays consistent. The best sessions feel calm because the plan is already decided.
Why Corelyx started
Corelyx Tattoo Studio opened in 2018 after seeing the same pattern repeat: strong artwork let down by inconsistent setup. Great ideas would be rushed into sessions without a proper brief, stencil checks would be skipped, and aftercare would be reduced to vague advice. The work could look good on day one and still heal unpredictably.
The studio was built around the unglamorous parts that protect quality. A repeatable station layout. Clear clean/dirty separation. Documented surface disinfectant contact time. Time reserved for stencil and placement checks. That structure gives artists room to focus on line quality, saturation, and composition instead of scrambling mid-session.
The result is a calm workflow where decisions happen early. If a design needs negative space to stay readable, we say so. If a placement will distort under movement, we test it. If a piece should be split to support clean healing, we plan sessions accordingly.
Mission
Deliver tattoos and piercings that are planned with intent, executed with control, and supported with practical aftercare guidance—inside a studio that treats hygiene as non-negotiable.
Barrier protection, single-use consumables, and a setup that stays predictable from start to finish.
Decisions on line weight, contrast, and placement are made before the first pass, not during it.
Straight instructions, realistic healing notes, and sensible follow-up when timing is right.
Team
Corelyx is a small team with complementary specialities. Each artist works from a written brief and a placement check, then follows a consistent station setup so quality stays repeatable across sessions.
Ava R. — Tattoo Artist (Fine Line, Botanical)
Ava has worked in studio settings for 9+ years, specialising in fine line pieces that stay readable after settling. Her sessions are stencil-heavy: placement checks under natural movement, deliberate line weight choices, and negative space planned early. She’s known for calm pacing and consistent line endings—no rushed corners.
Portfolio focus: fine line botanicals, minimal illustrative pieces, precise script.
Noah K. — Tattoo Artist (Blackwork, Dotwork)
Noah has 11+ years of experience in blackwork and dotwork, with a preference for clean silhouettes and strong contrast. He plans pieces around how they’ll read from a distance and how edges will soften over time. Clients usually mention the clarity of his pre-session breakdown: scope, session plan, and what a good heal should look like.
Portfolio focus: blackwork motifs, dotwork gradients, bold geometric composition.
Mia S. — Piercer (Jewellery Fit, Aftercare)
Mia has 8+ years focused on piercing with comfort-first setup and plain-language aftercare. She’s methodical about jewellery sizing, early swelling expectations, and cleaning routines that are realistic to follow. People appreciate that she avoids unnecessary product lists and explains normal vs. concerning healing signs without drama.
Portfolio focus: curated placements, jewellery fit consultation, aftercare education.
